Sometimes, when there is a rainbow, I think of the short story(dream) 'Sunshine through Rain' in Kurosawa's Dreams. I can't find a proper video. This doesn't seem to have the original music.
At one point I was a Korean drama addict. And one fine day I realized that the tinnitis (the nagging sound in the inner ear) is due to the title song running in my brain. I needed to take up another addiction to give up Korean Drama. As the saying goes......If you sing too much in the rain, there'd be water in your ear. Here is a typical sound (they all sound the same!) of a Korean drama title song. The spanish subtitles make it a bit more understandable.
A song thats been playing in loop in my ears for last three days.. My angry ninja nerves seem to find peace in this music. #WhateverWorks. : )
I heard about the legendary jass singer, Al Jarreau, for the first time only this week but sadly from the headlines reporting his death recently on Feb 12. Reading more, I hear he is dubbed the "Acrobat of Scat" for the way he adopted the fast, wordless syllables of bebop jazz musicians from previous generations. Here is a light sample and I'm impressed, but something for a rainy day, to go by the title of the thread? Hm I leave that to your judgment. RIP Al Jarreau.
