This is a very healthy and nutritious sandwich ! As it has dal and veggies. Ingredients Brown bread / White bread Moong dal : 1 cup 1 Boiled potato - Round slices 1 boiled beet root - Round slices 1 Onion - round slices Cucumber - round slices Butter 1tsp - Garam masala 1/2 tsp - red Chilli powder Aamchur or Chat masala - to sprinkle Tomato and onion - Finely chopped Butter Mint chutney Salt Boil the dal in cooker for 3 whistles . Make sure tat it is not too mushy. It should be thick enough so that the bread doesn’t turn out soggy. Add salt and garam masala to it and keep aside . Take a bread slice . Apply butter and mint chutney . Place boiled beet root , Potato, cucumber , onion on it. Now take another bread slice apply butter on it and place on the veggies(butter side facing veggies) fry both sides on tawa with butter or oil . Once it’s done place this sandwich on serving plate . Pour cooked dal mixture over it. Place onion and tomato pieces . Sprinkle some pepper powder and aamchur over it . Now ready to serve!
