Is there a temple like this? Please pardon my drawing. I searched and found about Thirupaarkadal but Vishnu stands on Siva in that temple.

Maybe it is shiva himself in Sayana pose and known as pallikondeeswarar. i would not be surprised if there is a carving like the above in some temple anantapadmanabha ha swamy holds a lingam in his right hand. I am am thinking loud of two possibilities.. Markandeya was a vishnu devotee and later hugged shiva. there are Harihara temples too maybe it is there somwhere
Thanks again @shanvy mam taking time to reply. Pallikondeeswarar temple (SRI PALLIKONDESWARAR) sounds interesting. but somehow it felt like Shiva-Vishnu Combo.
In Udipi in Karnataka near Krishna Temple there is an Anantheswara Temple..The Deity is Shiva Lingam but the idol taken in procession during festivals is that of ananthapadmanabha.....Lord Hari is said to be residing in the body of Lord Hara here......Read details in Link below, Sri Anantheshwara & Sri Chandramouleshwara Temple, Udupi : History of the temple
