Shirdi sai bab - thursday prayers.

Hi All,

I wanted to perform shirdi sai baba virutham for 9 thursdays, I read some rules from the below site.

Sai nav guruwar vrat pooja shirdi sai baba pooja

I have few doubts,
1.Every thursday while doing pooja we have to make some sweet at home and distribute to 5 people? or any other food should be distributed to people or kids?.
2. Can any one send me the link or mantra to read while doing pooja?
3. I can eat cake or bakery stuff on thursdays? as that contain egg....
4. I can survive having one meal a day, but can I have some 2-3 snacks a day?.
