    Day 6 - Feb 4th - 2mile LS walk + 1mile outside walking
    Day 7 - Feb 4th - rest with lot of house work :-(

    am down with cold :-( for past 2 days...no workouts and i feel so lousy about it..
    planned this week with so much anticipation and disappointed..

    Day 9 - Feb 7th - 1mile outside walk + 45min cycling(GYM)

    rmpriya and paddubala,

    Get well soon.Drink lot of warm water with lemon.I was kind of similar position last week but came out luckily without getting worst.I just drank lot of warm water + lemon.Don't worry guys.Take good rest then you will recover fast.

    Today morning started with 1 mile.

    finally feeling good..wanted to get back to workouts today but laziness crept over..unfortunately it has become very cold now making me lazy..will definitely be back from tomorrow.
    Nice to hear abt scales moving.
