Blouse-query

hi Il's,
A. Can anybody pls tell the steps for stitching blouse...I now follow these steps
1. stitch darts 2. stitch patti 3.stitch hook pieces 4.join shoulders 5.fold and stitch the back according to ht. and place darts in the same 6.Join hands
7.neck cross piece and finishing
Is this correct...
B. I find difficulty in joinig hands ... whenever I turn the cloth I couldn't maintain the half inch gap so that stitches are in the edge or sometime a gap inbetween is left ...I think i made the pt. clear if not very sorry dears...pls help me

C. pls also tell how to hem properly .. correct folding couldn't be achieved .. in some place little wrong side is visible...

1)attach the shoulder
2)attch the patti for front piece
3)stich the hooks patti for the 2 front pieces
4)after thatattach the hand pieces to the joining shoulder if we want an accurate attachment to the shoulder u mark the center part of the hand piece and place that hand marking center piece and hold that 2 pieces and stich from the first
5)after attaching the hand piece to the shoulder piece we stich hand and tghe side parts
6)like a straight line

i would like to know how to measure and trace the Hand pattern for salwar tops or kurtis.
