Seeking for guidance

    Dear Il's

    In breif, we are in US in L1 visa.It Got expired and we are here in I-94 till 2013.
    My Sis marriage will be in mid of this year.somebody can suggest me, can I go to India n cum back, since My DH will be here.Having his I-94 ,valid till dec 2013, can I given visa or not?

    i 94 is valid only when u are in this country, once u go out they take your i 94 and you will be issued a new one again on arrival and i dont think u can come back based on your spouse i 94. if u go out of country now, you have to go for stamping again to come back, that is easy if u have project letter till next year and L1 renewal petition applied in time at the least
