    help me out

    i want to tell you that i am 2 weeks preganant,i pray god that everything goes fine.

    :-D
    i have a query i have a lower backache problem and i have abdominal pain.
    As this is my first preganacy i want to know the things which i can eat and when i can eat because no one is for advice .

    can i have corn and can i have the actII please help me out .

    i am eager..

    Umaramani,

    Congratulations! I guess you mean 4 weeks pregnant(calculating from the first day of your last menstrual cycle). Hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy. Regarding the abdominal pain, it can either be due to gas/constipation or you might have cramp-like feelings (I am guessing these because I had these problems - I am 7 weeks pregnant). My doc said one of the easiest solutions is to have lots of fluids, say about 15-18 glasses a day. I have been following this advice and it has worked for me. I have no idea about the lower backache or about eating corn. I guess other ILite "seniors"( :) ) will be able to help you out. Take care!
