saree net

    I recently purchased a Kanchipuram silk saree with lot of Jari thread work on the body. When the jari thread clings to something, it crumples and damages the saree. Can we net the whole saree so that the jari thread stays intact?

    Am not sure you can do that as the sari would loose its original charm. Kanjeevaram saris are a classic peice to own and makes one feel like a queen when you wear it.

    Try to wear jewellery that is smooth and which will not poke the sari and pull out the threads.
