1. use gluten free diet
2. avoid plastic bottled drinks
3. avoid sugar and carbohydrate like potato etc.
4. inspect the iodine levels
5. make a glass of coriander leaves juice mix with 3 pinch of turmeric powder and have it the morning.
[ handful of chopped coriander with a glass of water and blend well and drain it]

chant "om namo bhagavade vasudevaya" mantra 108 times every day evening will help to cure hormone imbalance.

Rasna sapthakam kashaya tablet - [ Vaidyaratnam or Kottackal aryavaidya sala]
2 nos morning before breakfast and evening with 1 glass of boiled cooled water.
21 days .

you can ask the medicine shop to mix karpooradi oil + vatha mardhanam oil ( 100 Ml Each)
evening before bed just warm 1-2 tsp of oil and apply in the lower back give a gentle massage in downward stream. after 20 min you can wash off with mild hot water of wipe out with cloth.

Avoid scooter riding and try to sleep in good quality mattress.

Generally you can use "Sudarsanasavam" or sudarshana arishtam
general dosage is 5 - 10 ml two times a day after food for kids. 10-15 for adults.

if headache persists, you need to go for medical check up , eye sight check up etc..

there is an oil called " bala hadathi thailam" available in kottackal or vaidyaratnam.

min 14-21 days needed to get a result. if the headache is continuous and recurring. you can apply this oil before bathing on the forehead.

if you feel this is migraine related headache, you can also use migrakot tab [ kottackal] 2 tab daily 2 times a day before food.
