Its nothing much...as we can see many dough craft works in our forum,this is also a kind of it...only that i used salt to prepare a dough...
salt,flour,water mix it...u got the dough and go ahead with ur creativity...

Salt dough is just mixing salt with flour.I have used fine salt,but many says if rock salt is used ,the end result will be different with a glossy look.But i havent tried yet.
