    Hi ladies..gud afternoon..
    My question is it really useful having saffron during pregnancy??
    If we want to use from which month to which month we can use it??
    Only with milk we can take it??we can add it to foods??
    And Al's suggest me the good and best saffron to buy
    And als where we will get the best original quality saffron in India??
    Plz share where we can get the best saffron in India ..and how to identify the original and duplicate in it...
