please recommend safe hair dyes while nursing mom. baby is 1 year and I am down to 1-2 pumps a day. i want to use garnier olio hair dye as it contains 60% oils, is this safe? i tried using plant based henna and it's great, but it doesn't color my hair as a chemical dye does. please list the dyes you used during your nursing period. thanks.
