steps 5 k .
Sunday 2/11: Exercise bike 20 mins. Thank you amazing padded bike shorts from amazon.
And lot of walking, though under 6K steps.
Desperately need buy those kinda shorts.
Cycled 8 miles on Sat and Sun and it hurts . Only at times like this I realise my butt too got bones
I can do that too , but over 3 days ,

i have a doubt. for 10 k around steps...calories burnt is 2k ? is it?
I doubt that all the time
That's what the tracker says, so I go with it.
Makes me feel good.
I have the option of logging my food also. I do not do it because I log it elsewhere. So never bothered about cal burned.

Just checked some resources.
For a sedentary day a woman burns about 1800 calories.
So walking 10K steps I burn an additional 200-300 calories.
Now it makes sense. At 500 calories, 7 days a week is 3,500 calories which is one pound of weight.
I actually need to up my steps. Will do it eventually.
