    @Laks09 and @Srama Hey lovely to see the thread back up!
    I havent run in ages even if I have been regularly hiking and walking. 3 miles couple of times a week is do-able.

    @Gauri03 - Will you run with the rest of us too? 5k 2-3 times a week.

    I did a short slow 30 mins run yesterday. Should not be over 2.5 miles. I can't get out much this week but will try for sure.

    Ok downloaded this couch to 10k app :p . I will try to run atleast 3 times this week. Wed,Fri and sat. Will post stats on sun.

    Thanks for the tag Laks. I had started a 20 weeks half-marathon program this summer but became very inconsistent after 4 weeks because of travel and back issues. This is my motivation to pick it up again. I'll run 3 days a week and update on the weekends.

    Ok G ji @Gauri03 is also in. In agile terms we are no longer chickens but pigs. Set my alarm to account for a quick run in the morn!

    Wed sep 20 Day 1 1.83 miles - 25 min .
    It was tempting to continue running even when the app insists after "trrrrng slow down and walk for next one min". I stuck to the app this time. Got to remind myself to take it slow.

    Fri sep 22 Day 2 1.87 miles - 25 min .( I was walking lot more than I was running ..well I did promise to listen to the lady in the app..so thats what it is :( )

    Started with week 3 day 2 of the couch to half marathon program. Alternating run/walk segments. 2.17 miles covered in 28 minutes + 10 mins warm up/cool down walk.
