    In a running club, you get to meet people who enjoy the same activity you do, so you have similar interest and can meet some potential friends. You will have to work hard, and will be pushed. I think that joining a running club is good for not only running, but meeting new people! Good luck!!

    A sprained Achilles tendon followed by the 'shelter in place' put paid to my running goals. Hiking when possible but not enough to count as regular exercise. After days of waking up and going from night pajamas to home pajamas, then back into night pajamas—round and round the merry-go-round—some accountability is called for. Foot is not 100% yet; logging to shake myself out of the malaise and back on the running trail.

    Two 30 min walks morning and evening, ~12k steps today.

    2 miles walk, tried running for a few minutes but heel still feels unsteady. ~10K steps
