    If you are looking for a good walking program, I suggest you look into Leslie Sansone. She had created a walking program for people to workout at home and it’s really effective. Lots of ILites have tried it and vouch for the program. I think her videos are available on YouTube at a subscription.

    Hi Ramya! To track customized runs by distance or time the popular apps are Runtastic, Nike Run Club (NRC), or MapMyFitness. In case you are looking for a program that helps you train for a 5K try the C25K app by Zen Labs. It is designed for absolute beginners.
