I started having heart palpitations after I starting running and today had a very slight pain in the heart area. So going to stop running for now Scheduled an appointment with doctor.

I've been very good with workouts: three runs a week, and yoga every single day this month. I feel like I have a halo on my head. Looking forward to a 15+ miles hike this Saturday through some lovely hills and meadows with two outdoorsy ladies.
Hi! Thanks for asking. I wore a holter monitor for 24 hours and it detected nothing abnormal. My TSH levels were also fine. My Vit-D levels are extremely low, so started taking supplements. I was told I can go back to my routine. Going to be cautious and will get a cardiology appointment if I continue to have the heart palpitations.
