    Hello Ladies,
    Hope all are doing well :)
    Few guests were home last weekend :) So I didn't do any workout during the weekend.
    Yesterday evening I walked around 6 KMs for 1 hr 20 minutes.
    Have a great day!

    Last week was the usual dedicated spinning week :) Yet to get back running - usually signing up for some race does the trick but I am trying to break that habit and just run anyways. GOK if that will ever happen....GOK (God only knows) - the good old acronym we used before the pretexting days ;)

    How are you all doing ?
    Yesterday evening I along with my husband walked 6KMs . It took more than an hour.
    My husband was explaining me about Apollo 11 mission looking at the moon !
    Best Regards,

    @mangaii
    Thank you for inquiring ma. I am getting better. However, my husband underwent a surgery a few days ago and I am taking care of him now.
    I will be at IL sporadically.

    I too hope to get back on track soon; life keeps interrupting in my plans :frown:

    3 miles this morning. Too many weeks gone by, too many excuses. Finally decided I'd had enough. Slept in my running clothes and got out before my brain could work up its usual excuses. Hoping to stay on track from here on.

    Thank you @ashima10 .
    I decided to get back on track starting today.
    Started walking in bits and pieces inside the home whenvever I got time. It was hard and my legs hurt.

    Despite that I managed 11K steps.

    Hope I can keep up; will take each day as it comes.
