    @SunPa too many suns in IL

    Well I increased 2 pounds. Going to work harder to loose that weight. It takes a week of hard work to drop a pound a day of eating makes it go up . I will continue to watch what I eat and exercise.

    Don't worry. When it clicks everything falls into place at once. I've taught three of my friends to swim. One picked up in a week, where another one took a month. They are all equally good at it now. Important thing to remember is not to push yourself too hard. The more you go against your instincts the harder it will be. Ease yourself into it. You'll be swimming like a fish in no time! :thumbsup:

    Ran 2.7 miles this morning.

    today is class 2 . let’s see. will keep posted .
    the day has just begun here , hoping to stick to routine . working fromm home so kinda tuff!

    Yep...coming to think of it, its a bit "too much" :). This, ":facepalm:" would have done.

    Swimming is not feasible only due to logistics. I need to make a lot of adjustments to accommodate this. For now its only walking and machines.

    yesterday : Calorie intake less than 14k. walk around 6k. and 10 stairs up and down.

    @Gauri03 Swimming was little better today . 1st lesson was why did i invest so much money in it but this time i was like at least i get to play with water.
    My instructor says i m still not relaxed in water but definitely better than last class. Lets see.
    I am quite relaxed i m sue i don't know why my body isn't. Hope to be better.

    Same target today same challenge as working from home today too!
