Rukmini Kalyanam (can A Person Eat Nonveg While Reciting It)

Hello Friends,

I want to read Rukmini Kalyanam for marriage.And i want to read it till i get married daily morning , not for some days( like 21,....).

1) Is it ok to eat non veg aftn or nyt while reading because i want to recite it daily.
2) Can I just read it , any puja n prasad should be done?
3) What should i read exactly ?
Story or Slokas
4) Is there anyone who has done this?

It will be really helpful if anyone shares any information about this

Advising as just by the beliefs around my area.

During any vrat or puja non veg food is not preferred how many ever years or days it might be.

slokas or stories as per your ability to read

one of our neighbors has done it. but they did like puja by a pandit by bringing the idols from temple and all the rituals told by the pandit.

she is married after few months of that puja and recently got blessed with a baby boy too.

Ans: Not sure abt this as i am pure vegetarian

Ans: Just reading this should be fine but sit in puja mandir and read for better concentration

Story or Slokas
Ans: There will be some 60+pages book with the story along with slokas in that.Read both.
4) Is there anyone who has done this?
Ans: Yes i did it.
