Hey,

Its done well , but i can suggest some more easy ones...

1) you can first place the saree in a normal sareebox, then pour some thermocole coloured balls over it and/ or some rose petals too if required, then wrap the saree box with the coloured gilletin transparent paper thru which one can see not only the saree but the decoration made within the box and then paste the paper with glue. Also tie a satin bow to ensure the paper holds tight and also for added beauty....

How that???
try and you will all love it...

I am doing these right from the time i was in school helping my mom to decorate....

Hi,
My niece Archana's marriage is fixed with Sri. Radhakrishnan. The engagement was on 25th Feb. 2010.
We ladies in the family did some decorations for the gifts and other things for the ceremony. I am posting the photos of those here.
1.The blouse was stiched by tailor. Brown flower-like motif with pearl at the edges of the neck and sleeve edge.
2.Blouse closeup.
3.Jewl case-decorated with pink hearts and edges with golden chamki.
4.Dry fruit box- artificial flowers around and golden coloured 3D liner.

1.haldi kumkum cups decorated with chamki, 3D liner, beads. The sides of the cups are also decorated but not visible.
2.The paruppu thengai decorated with small dolls with long skirts.

howz my cozy satin cushion...thanx a lot to dear vinny....





i hav got recron 1kg for Rs.120..i had no idea where this wud get....thanx a lot to raji too for pointing out the shop...


this is one of the lattis variation nd i hav done it as a sampler...i dont know the measurements taken for this type of cushion so waiting for vinny to help me....



i loved kusudama flower from vino's thread nd i hav given a try nd it turned out right...see my trial...



nd next,now iam doing crochet fridge handle cover...its not at all perfect i know,but after seeing vino's, i badly wanted to dress up my fridge handle imdtly:rotfl...so continuing my work....thanks to dear vino as you were the motivation behind this...
