    Hi,

can someone tell me how to roast sprouted green gram and corn kernels. Green grams get sprouted really well but when I try to roast them, they either dont roast or get burnt. Same is the case with corn seeds also. I am in the process of making sathu maavu kanji (Nutritious Flour).

    Thanks

Instead of roasting, you should steam them. Sprouts are already very delicate and have a low burning point, that's why they get burned very soon. I would recommend that you steam the sprouts and then dry them out in air.
