Well but wouldn’t this could trigger fear for the perverts? Immediate encounter? So next time they know there is no possibility of release from prison just like juvenile in nirbhaya case and so fear might arise

But until now legally nothing worthwhile really happened.. however..this cannot be termed illegal also and those perverts are not worth of existence.Also,it is done by the police.This could be correct decision and it will raise fear amongst perverts..
After this case UP victim was burnt alive. She’s suffering with 90% burns. This encounter could atleast instill some fear for a while though reason is obvious
They are not worth living .. according to me death should be given by law not in encounters ... but again done deal ...
