Dear Friends, Greetings. I just came in to ask a question which bothers me. I only wear saree while going to the temple and ceremonies. I actually am athletic (maybe because of lifestyle or metabolism) and it becomes somewhat embarrassing when people (even women) stare at my packs. Even if I try to hide it becomes difficult.

Covering with a t-shirt under saree helps but looks even odd. Apologies for pitching in like this.

You may try long sleeved &/or close necked blouses. This should cover up your defined muscles. Check this video for inspiration.

Lots of thanks, you are absolutely right But, the problem is I am bit taller, and the stomach comes out. I had tried them out but of less avail. :|

 

You could make blouses longer with side slits to accommodate the belly and still not roll up! Let me check if such designs are on the net.

i suggest underwire AND Padded bra for good support and avoid sagging of boobs
also tshirt bra

last i suggest pls give sex education to your daughter for her bright future and avoid mistake during collage days
