Reverse White Hair

    Eversince Storm erupted in my life I noticed few strands of white hair scattered about.

    I thought once stressful event has passed, regular color hair will return.

    It's been 3 years now.

    When will I get those strands of black hair back?

    I eat plenty of protein, drink lots of water, eat fruits, veggies, oil hair with Amla and wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner 2-3 times a week.

    Ladies, help!

    3. No shampoo/ shikakai, green gram and reetha make a wonderful shampoo.
    4. Applying hair oil regularly.
    5. Healthy diet including almonds and raisins.

    If it’s a few white strands don’t worry about it ! Be sure to use a good quality shampoo and a good hair dryer if you must use it ( highly recommend the T3 featherweight ) .

    24 soaked and peeled almonds.

    Raisins? Will fit that in somehow.

    No shampoo? Will see other options you mentioned.

    And of course I'm working on happiness :)

    Aloe vera helps reverse white hair
    apply the gel from fresh aloe leaf all over ur head. leave it for sometime and then wash.

    and another remedy is siddha medicine. burn the hard shell of coconut. u will get black powder like coal. mix it with coconut oil and apply it regularly. this helps reverse white hair. i believe in naturopathy. :)

    Try salon shampoo brands, they have worked better for me. ( redken, bumble and bumble etc). For some reason my grey hair is more noticeable and stands out when I use other brands .
