Return a product back to Amazon.de

    Dear friends,

    Can you please guide me how to return a product back to Amazon(germany)(I bought few stuff online)?

    Do I need to go to the post office...DHL?Also what is the process there?How much will I have to pay?

    you can got to amazon.de, search for Rücksendezentrum, click on 'artikel zurücksenden'.. and follow the instructions there..if you are confused, you could go to 'kontakt', call the amazon hotline(usually you give your number and they call you and talk to them and clarify our doubts.. i did return some stuff.. you have to take a printout in rücksensezentru and you can send it back free of cost.. ,
