Restless legs syndrome!

    I take a vit e 200 iu for my calf muscle cramps, always take enough fluids and potassium and exercise are you over weight by any chance

    HI everyone,
    I have tried acupressure..:-D points r on back of calves towards centre..the points which r painful r the ones u shud press for 2-3 mins...lie on stomach & get someone else to do..oterwise self-service:wink:
    Other points r the area above the heel..vertically upwards..sort of pinch the bony area with thumb & fingers..

    pl give FB if trying..

    Your symptoms do suggest RLS. Do try to do some exercise before sleep and increase your iron intake. If it still does not improve do see a Neurologist.

    RLS is not a big deal.
