I'm pursuing to buy a residential property with one of the prominent builders Landmark and the location planned for this upcoming project is on Corporation Road (about 500m from OMR Road) and 1 km from Perungudi toll plaza. I see about 1/2 km other side of the corporation road has sewage treatment plant and further 1 km away from OMR on this road is the garbage dump area (No longer garbage dumped). I see there is a possibility that the groundwater might have got contaminated due to this dump over the several years. Need help on groundwater in this road and area. I see few more builders on this road.... Kindly share your insights on this
