Sridevi born on 13th of August was an Indian Actress and Producer. She starred in Tamil,Telugu,Hindi,Malayalam and Kannada Films.She was referred as First Female Super Satar. She Was also a recipient of National Award,Two Filmfare Awards and Three Filmfare Awards South.
Her first starring role in Hindi Cinema came with the 1969 Drama Film SOLVAN SAWAN.She received wider recognition with the 1983 Film Himmatwala.
She returned to Film Acting in 2012 with the successful Comedy Drama ENGLISH WINGLISH. She then starred in 300th Film Roll in the 2017 thriller MOM. She earned critical aclaim for her performances in both films and for the latter was posthumously awarded National Film Award Best Actress. In 2013 Government Of India Awarded Sridevi The Padma Shri.
On February 24,2018 , Sridevi found dead in her guest room at the Jumeirah, Emirates Tower Hotel in Dubai.
