Remedy to tighten the skin and black dots

I have many black dots( like mole) in my face. When i had gone to beauty parlor for threading my eyebrow, she told me that my skin is very loose i need to come for facial nearly 5 times ( they may charge almost 10,000 rupees for 5 attempts), but i have small confusion whether try this or not. Please give your valuable suggestions.

And i need home made remedies for black dots.

please help.

hello sakthi,
Try this: Take a spoon of egg white and some drops of fresh lemon juice , mix well and apply on ur face and neck. Leave it to dry for 1/2 n hr and wash ur face with normal water. Do this twice or thrice a week.
For black dots, get Nutmeg (jaathikkai) from grocery shop. Scratch it on a stone with water(like we take sandal paste from sandal wood). Apply the paste on the black dots after washing ur face. This is really effective and i have tried it for myself many times. All the bests.
