Relocating to Charlotte

    Hi,
    We are relocating to Charlotte and my husband would be working at Time Warner -7910 Crescent Executive Dr through an Indian offshore based company.

    We are considering living in White Hall Estates Apartments which is just 0.5 miles away. Does it have desi community? Further, we have a 4 year old kid. Can we live in an one bed room apartment by not mentioning our kid on the application form?
    Any existing residents in White Hall Estates, please respond.
