    Difference between mom and sibling.

    My two younglings were standing next to each other looking at the mirror.
    The shorter one says....a little bit more and I will be same height as you.
    The taller one says...no,I want to stay taller.
    Younger one :eek:....you should be happy for me.
    The taller one :imp:...i am not your mother...I don't have to be happy for everything about you.I am your sister. Haven't you heard of sibling rivalry:p?

    Both continue to admire themselves in the mirror for some more time.

    : ) Sibling rivalry and sibling revelry can make the mommy heart go dhak.

    A while ago, Thing2 said something unkind to Thing1 about her driving. She calmly pauses and coolly tells him, 'I took you to your class and waited outside for an hour. I am not your mom, still I did.' : )

    We have no close relatives in the U.S. Preparing them (mostly her) to be in charge of everything and legal guardian of Thing2, if we parents both pass away unexpectedly in the next 3-5 years. That is one thought that makes me exercise more : ) And skip chai. : )
