She either wanted to get caught or just didn't care. I didn't ask questions.

He didn't sleep over. She wasn't pleased that I was "uncooperative" as she put it.

The whole trip was just awkward. But, thanks to her, I learned a few valuable lessons which I pass on to all soon-to-be-launched youngsters:
    1. Always have an exit strategy.
    2. Don't lend money you can't afford to lose.
    3. While traveling, sleep with your jewelry on; don't leave it on the night stand.
Yep, it was a long and eventful trip.

This caught my eye and I have questions. Please feel free to ignore.

What are you writing and what's your goal? Do you publish somewhere?

I really enjoy your vignettes. I hope you're writing and saving those. :)

Mostly family stuff. For a whatsapp group of extended family (cousins and their spouses, and now nieces/nephews and their spouses who <gulp> are about to make us grand-aunt/uncle, sigh). Then, some dabbling with https://www.amazon.com/Mom-Tell-Your-Story-Keepsake/dp/1450898971 though in Google Doc (not directly in that book) for my kids. Poor souls, they actually voluntarily, willingly and with some "more please" read what I write. Less frequently I write and publish vignettes (authored under my real name) that interest women of my demographic. Sometimes mommy-p_orn from the mature Indian woman point of view.

All the writing is with the motto: Done is Better than Good.

We’ve heard about a “Romance that can launch a thousand ships”. Here is @yellowmango on a mission to sink them all: :(:p

    • You haven't heard his snores
    • or seen his drool when asleep.
    • You have not heard his fart .
    • You have not had little bickerings and fights with him over little things.
    • You haven't dealt with his morning breath .
    • You haven't seen themean side of him that everyone has.
    • You haven't had to deal with his family.
    • You haven't seen how he treats you in front ofhis family.

Nice! The family stuff sounds cool. Your kids are lucky to have your Google Doc. I shall start one, too. Although I'd have to do a lot of self-censoring.

Please share your vignettes here, too.

Mommy-pron? Like two old people giving each other deep tissue foot massages? :p

Really, Are men attracted to aunties?
They would be interested in the younger, fair girls

hahaha.... another why question!! Made me think about how children grow out of asking those why questions. And take things as “given”.

Aunties can be kinder& gentler, with the right level of inquisitive.
