Consequence of the machine translation from Chinese Language.
I also noticed the funny spell-o where a Bimmbo* got dyslexic !
"Bibmmo Middle-aged Women Shoulder Bag "

This is like north Koreans keeping on about dotage and dotard in reference to Trump.
We don't use such archaic words in modern language.

*Naturally, I was curious to see what a middle aged bimbo would look like. A google-image search got me this:

I am still bothered by this "middle aged woman bag". It did seem like Chinese-English. However, when I googled to see if Coach had a bag with that stipulation using the search phrase "coach middle aged woman bag", the search came back and asked me "Did you mean-- coach middle aged women bag" ?

:hmmm::facepalm::frown:Damn !! There is such a thing in Coach too !! And likely other brands as well.

    Regarding Wannabe(still?)Valerie's thread:

That romantic notion about relationship that there's someone for you.

And then from intuition and by what that someone does by their actions (vs words), realize it is not what you think it is.

You cannot really put it to test: observer effect. Also, spouse is no amazon easy returns either.

Keep a secret savings account and/or more secure job as an insurance.

Gain more room for bargain, life goes on.

    --

Maturity is all about finding a way to accept this, crushing all the romantic notions?

@Thoughtful, the sentence "your heart skips a beat when you read a comment like that" puts it very well. I also agree with @mangaii and appreciate her courage. I am a longtime regular reader and remembered this thread. Thank you, both of you.

In general, I've noticed that sometimes when a woman posts a problem about her husband, in-laws, or child, some women respond with a post that effectively says, "I don't have that problem." Some men respond with a "I don't do that. I do this <the desired behavior>." They don't provide any suggestions to the problem itself. They only describe their better fortune or nobler behavior. Such posts might not hurt everyone but those that they do hurt ... the hurt can be indescribable.

I must have been guilty of this myself some times. This latest exchange in the 'how do you entertain your kid' has been a reminder to myself that such posts are permissible with this being a public forum but better to try and avoid posting such responses.

It was a generalised comment about her kids and not specific to any one else.

Lets not make ' number of kids 'into a sensitive issue
Lot of people choose to have single child or even not have children .I feel making it an issue is a more sensitive issue.

The thread is about children in general. Someone who has no child could find a thread about entertaining children also sensitive .
