    how to reduce abdominal fat for me&my hubby

    hi frds,
    actually i will take limited food.I am a software developer,so i sit whole day b4 the system only.i want to reduce my abdominal fat.i have balanced weight with abdominal fat.

    we are in plan to buy a fitness equipment(treadmill/cycle etc).
    mu huuby is overweight.we want to have perfect bodyshape.
    can anyone suggest us which equipment is best ?

    Go with light dinner or dinner with fruits only and that will reduce your belly fat. For lunch substitute phulka for rice and along with it take lot of vegetable some cooked and some as salad. If you cannot live without eating rice (like me) then eat rice only 3 days a week for lunch and change to brown rice. You can see yoga by Baba Ramdev on you tube for belly fat. That helps.

    Actually yoga is better than the machines like treadmill etc. :my2cents

    Hi Aishuanand,

    Good goin on the diet plan, m sure it's not easy.
    From what I know, lyin flat on ur back and raisin ur legs at angles 30, 60 and 90 and holdin it at these angles for like 3 to 5 seconds is good. Also, repeat this some 15 times. Gradually increases the number of times.

    Yes.. Yoga and perfect food gives you good shape and health to your body.

    There are previous discussions in this forum, which shows you tips to reduce weight, fat, and get shape.
    Please gothough them. It really helps you.

    Yoga is better than thread mill.

    Apart from this, confidence is more important.

    HI,

    you need to work out your entire body to reduce the fat and weight all over your body, first you need to go and see a clinical nutritionist who will draw out a diet plan for you where by you can have 5 to 6 meals a day, drink at ;east 2 litres of hot water everyday, include a lot of fresh salads and fruits (avoid avocados, chiku, mangoes, lychees) have a banana but have it half and not everyday.
    You need to join the gym or start to brisk walk everyday in the morning that is the best way to burn fat, reduce oil in your food.
    i suggest that you join our weightloss buddy started by Pink.Rubies in the keep fit and maintain shape forum, we shall all help you in losing weight all you need to do is to post your daily diet plan and execises there and you will see a result, lplease join us there.

    Why drink hot water? Any specfic reason?
    What if we drink 2 litres of cold water...will that not help?
