Reduce 6kgs in 7days by diet plan

    I have given before for 4 days...

    this is 5th day diet plan:

    small cup of rice...

    for other to reduce hungry,can eat 6big tomatos..

    if more hungry still,can drink waters..

    water about 12 litres..wen ordinary day drink 8 litres

    Small cup of rice=+veggies

    can eat veggies as raw R boiled until Your hungry goes

    one cup rice=veg aaaand fruit juice..

    in other day,NO fruit juice........

    Diet over..

    Check the weight

    God , Could anybody survive eating these for 7 days :-D . I would cry if I dont get food .

    Please do not try this diet.... my kind request to on and all...
    I tried this diet and have spoiled my health very badly. I did all the seven days .
    Though afetr seven days u may have reduced wait ... u will gain it back very soon..
    the bad thing is ur health is spoiled very badly...
    After one month of thid diet i fell sick of fever(normal viral fever) but could not recover even after 2 weeks... the doc said my body is in very condition... :hide:

    So Please Please do not follow this diet

    Hi girls

    I think a lot of people have a wrong impression and too much expectations on what this diet does:

    This is a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables..there is no limitation to how much you can eat.

    If you look at this diet from the point of view of :
    1. It helps to detoxify the body and get the toxins out as we are on a basic vegetable and fruit diet
    2. The body gets sluggish sometimes and even how hard you try, you just cant kickstart the weight loss. So this diet helps kickstart it.
    3. This diet is to help you change your diet and lifestyle, once you see weight reducing, you would be motivated to continue with a healthier diet and exercise.
    4. After this diet is over and you continue with the items in this 7 days along with milk, dal items and nuts, I would say this diet is balanced. Non vegetarians can continue with fish and meat and eggs. What this diet is teaching you is to be free from alcohol, caffeine items, fast food, sweet items and too much starchy and oily food.


    If you approach this diet not thinking about how much you would lose but that I will use this diet to detoxify my body and start a new healthy diet after the 7 day diet, you will see success.

    If you are just viewing as a quick fix diet and continue with you normal lifestyle after 1 week, definetely you will see your weight back to the original.

    hi girlies...

    I did follow this diet before i conceived and i followed it for 2 cycles.. (precisely saying 1.5 cycle cos after 4th day of second cycle, my mom oppossed for this kind of dieting, since i was in the idea of starting family)...

    I lost around 8 Kgs.. :)

    Cool na?? i also did moderate exercise and brisk walking...

    now my lil princess is 7 months old, want to start again for shedding weight , but plan is put on hold as am nursing her...

    all the best to others who want to start...

    It works... no doubt... but result i.e., kgs lost will vary from person to person.

    Rosy,
    THis is GM's diet plan.

    For sure you would reduce your weight in 7 days, but would also gain back more after you stop this diet.
    Human body is more intelligent than our diet plan, body would store extra fat when you eat regularly after your diet routine assuming that you would starve/follow poor diet again.

    So its good to lose weight slowly and gradually than losing with fad diet.

    Please read more on eating balanced food (good fat, protien & good carb) & exercising regularly before following any weight loss regime.
