hi,

if anybody lose 5kg within 7 days...then the skin will be sagging.so if you are having any diet plans to lose weight within few days,you must go for some exercise to TIGHTEN your muscles and as well as skin.exercise may be aerobics or walking...i m not sure about the type of exercise.please do consult with dietician or trainer or browse,friends this is my personal opinion....sorry if i m wrong.

Hi friends,

I was in the GM diet plan in Nov and dec Months...lost nearly 5 kg's...but i was so tired in those days..
don't have a idea to continue this
I think WALKING is the bestway to reduce the weight permantely..

 Hi Girls I think my post was not very clearly written so I see a lot of questions on it, so I am listing my plan in point form:

1. Weigh myself before the GM diet
2. I only intend to do the GM diet for 7 days. As mentioned earlier during this 7 days I don’t want to do any exercise.
3. Weigh myself after the GM diet
4. After which I plan to follow a healthy diet plus no sweets, soft drinks or oily food for 3 weeks. I will also do 100 suryanamsakars and 5km walks daily.
5. Weigh myself again after this 3 weeks. (which would be 4 weeks since I did the GM diet). I don’t want o weight myself every week and demotivate myself.
6. Continue again with step 4 and 5 till I achieve my target and then continue with a healthy lifestyle.

hi i think u r talking about GM diet , it good if u want to fit in some dress and be sexy for some function , but u will be tired and will not have glow on ur face.
all these diets are fad diets and very unhealthy, the weight loss is just water loss which comes back.
i would personally not advice to go for these diets on long term .
changing your eating habits is the best way to loose weight.

I think everyone is right about this diet .. i myself have tired this so called cabbage soup diet which you can lose upto 4 kgs but when i went to normal diet i gain 2 kgs back ... so iam totally out of this diet i might change my portion and increase my workout .. thanks ladies ..
