    YOu can lose 6kgs in 7days by following the diet plan:)

    ceme through it and thought it will be useful for others too if i share..

    and this is Proved and researched diet plan..

    for this diet way,no other rules like exercise,walking etc that is this speciality...

    Tea,coffee drinking persons can drink them eliminating milk and sugar..that is Black tea and coffee is good...

    In tea,Drinking adding lemon is too good..

    Avoid using Oil for best results..

    If unable can add only 1tsp of oil..

    (only fruits)

    Orange,apple,water melon,pine apple,Pome granate,sapota Or any other fruits except Banana.....

    Water melon is too good as it has more water

    (vegetables)

    Vegetables should be eaten...can add salt,spice for taste..can eat stomatch full

    Morning can eat boiled potato alone...

    Like that eat Veggies for this day whenenever feels hungry..

    Dont use Oil or coconut

    (Mix fruits and veggies)

    eat veggies and fruits...

    Dont eat potatos and banana on this day,,...expect this you can eat other items

    Only Banana and Milk is the food...

    Maximum 3 tumbler of Milk and 8 fruits can be eatten

    If want,can have a fruit Juice one cup:)

    Hi Rosy786

    I have read about this diet before as well. I have a few questions:

    Have you tried it for more than 7 days?
    For how long can you do it?

    I have 10 kgs to reduce and was wondering whether, I can do it for a month and then maintain it with exercise and normal healthy food.

    I dont want to do the exercise while dieting as I may end up being too weak.

    Hi Ladies,

    This is called the GM Diet plan, a plan which was devised by GM for it's own people. This plan should not be taken continuously and it can be taken once a month only for optimal results.

    I have tried this diet, though wasn't able to cope after 4th day, since your tongue will crave for rice.. :(

    Please let me know if anybody wants to do it, and we can do it as buddies.. :)

    the fruits and veggies eaten for first 2 days will give you enough energy to your body....

    From day 3,fat will be Burn in your body and you can feel it...

    From day 4,adding banana in diet,will help you to regain the potassium,sodium energy to your Body...

    In the day 5.Drinking more water will help to clean Your organs,and

    having small bowl of rice on day 5 and 6,will help to provide enough energy.

    Day 7 will make you feel the new energy in your body:)
