    Dates rolls, badam burfi(just finished cooking), hyderabadi baingan, masala kichadi(awesome flavour when chilli and garlic are ground and sauted)yummy yumm........:)

    Hii all chith fans,

    I love her recipes a lot thats bcos its easy to make and many turn out delicious :)
    My fav is Mexican rice, mixed veg saadum, bangalore pakoda and old is gold recipes.

    My husband thinks i m a great cook :p

    I love her instant powders for Sambar, Rasam and Kurma. I make good Idli because of Mrs. Chitra's wonderful recipe.
    I m making small cook book out her recipes. Collect 91 recipes, made most of them. Today I am going to look for a new recipe for dinner.

    Whatever recipe i tried from her collection till now came well and we enjoyed the taste, hence love to list my trial here, still there are n number of recipes i am yet to try.

    Channa Kabab (SIL Loves it)
    Sweet vatha kuzhambu
    Venpongal (neighbour will knock your door if it is done with jeeraga samba)
    Coconut milk pulao
    Coconut with peanut rice
    Green pulao
    Kadai pulao
    Urud dal rice (all time fav)
    Corn cutlet
    Dahi mushroom toast
    Orange toast
    Kadai mushroom
    Potato roast (Yummy, also my mummy's fav)
    Coriander sambar (FIL's Fav)
    Kuzhi paniyaram (this is my recent trial)
    Vellai paniyaram (DH Likes it alot)
    Curd idly (always sucess with guest)
    Beetroot chops (Actually my hemoglobin increased bcos of it...ha..ha..)
    Spoon halwa
    Fruit kesari
    Kalyana rava Kichadi(SIL coming home this weekend just to have this..ha..ha..invites guest)
    Rajastani ram kichadi (Just appalam is enough as side dish, filling meal)
    Learnt the proper way to make curd.


    May be my sick brain has left out one or two recipes which i tried.
    I know this is very small list but, this list of recipe made my relatives, friends and family to recognise me as a good cook / cookie..ha..ha.

    Thanks alot chithuamma, because of your recipe i am geting more guest at home...lovely and when my FIL ask me to cook, i feel very happy & now most of them likes my cooking, everything happened after i visited Ask chitvish, because i learn't the basic here only which is more important.
