Thanks for starting this thread. its ofcourse a great idea. I have too many to choose from so i'll have to get back after some thought. I really like the tips sections a lot. even for items that i have cooked for a long time i found the tips helped me out. Like for avial i am now following the addition of carrot more healthy less cocunut taste great. for all savory items i make follow the tips to a t and comes out great. will be back.

My hubby's fav. is CVVK, ellodarai-just to nam a few.
Son likes Kalyana Rasam (not a rasam fan) in rasams and all recipes of Chithra.
My fav. are carrot kheer, pal payasam, pidi kozhukkattai, soups, carrot oothappam etc.

I tried mint pulav and my family loved it. Especially my 4 yr old daughter.

I have tried only limited recipes, but i am to try more now because whatever i tried it came out good at the 1st try. this gives me the confidence to try more.
I have tried masala peanut, caramel payasam, peanut urundai, 5-minute halwa, oats uppuma, one-whistle sambar and I will be coming with more later.
