The recipes are great and sounds easy to do. Let me try and post feedback :)
My only problem is to preserve the crispiness of these savories. Especially the uppu seedai always turn 'namathu'. What to do? Can I store these in tupperware boxes?

If you follow my recipe 'namukkum pechchukke idamillai' :) any how you can store them in tupperware boxes. More than that allow uppu seedai to come to room temp. and then store. If you close the box lid when they were hot, they will become soft.

    Hi Krishnaamma,

Thanx a ton for your recipes :bowdown. I celebrated Krishna Jayanthi for the first time in my life since its a ritual to be followed from my hubby's side. I was wondering how to prepare all the recipes...suddenly I came across yours. I made cheedai with your instructions and it came out really well :thumbsup. Thanx once again for posting these wonderful recipes. Decided to try one by one in future :)..

    Regards,
    Sharthi
