Krishnaamma, Is it true that sprouted Ragi powder will make the baby catch cold? This is for my son who is 8 months old.

And my daughter, 6 years old has milk allergy. She is underweight by 4 Kgs. Please suggest me a few items that I can include in her diet to increase her weight.
She has a problem like increased bowel movements often. As far as I have tracked, she has this whenver she eats biscuits or milk. Can you suggest any home remedy for this also?
    Kindly let me know

Hello, sorry ma, for the delay in reply :( You can give ragi porridge to your children. actually it is "hot" they wont get cold if they take ragi. That will increase stamina also. and also it gives weight.
