Ingredients: Rava - 250 gms (medium ravaused for upma) carrot (grated) 2 nos cucumber- grated i cup corainder - few strands finely chopped green chillies - finely chopped 3 nos onion - 2 nos finely cut salt to taste jeera - 1/2 tsp Method Mix all the above ingredients with rava to a consistency to that of chapathi dough. make into 4 equal sized balls.spread each ball on to pre greased cold tava by hand into a circular shaped roti. Allow it to cook till it it is brown.Apply oil,turn sides and bake for one minute. COOKING TIME : 15 MINUTES SERVES TWO PEOPLE CAN BE MADE FOR BREAKFAST AND CAN BE CONSUMED WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY OR PICKLE
