Basic make up is:
Foundation liquid (or semi-solid)
FOundation sponge or brush (sponge works better)
Blush
Eye-liner
Blush
Foundation powser
Make up brush set

I dont know about prices in Dubai. I am sure they have cheap options. I prefer Revlon, Loreal, Maybelline, Covergirl. I usually buy them when there is a sale or i have manufacturer coupons sometimes. They only work in US though.

According to me foundation must not be worn everyday. I think eyeliner, mascara and lipstick is basic makeup. For your face you can apply a tinted moisturiser with SPF. Top it off with face powder. Try to look for brands that do not test on animals. I live in the US and prefer brands like NYX, Rimmel and UrbanDecay (high end suggestion)

 

I live in US so I'm not sure what you get in UAE. Brands like Physician's formula, La Roche Posay (Anthelios) are good. Do you get Lakme there? If yes you can try that.

You can use baby powder instead of face powder too if you are fair.

 

Maybelline, Lakme, Coloressence, Elle-18 are some of the very reasonable brands that can be ordered online.

 

Maybelline, colorbar, revlon and blue heaven are reasonable brands. Do try maybelline fit me foundation and eyeliner. budget friendly and high on quality.

 

Basic ie, for daily use u can use. Some fairness cream r mostrizer which ever suitable for u'r skin. Then mascatae, lip liner, lib balm, lip gloss, eye liner and Lakshmi rose r sandel powder.
