Hi, I am an NRI and don't reside in India at present. I have an apartment in Bangalore(ST BED/Koramangala) area which I want to sell within the next 1 year.(currently rented out). I have given POA to an aunt who lives in Chennai. I need to know of a reliable real estate agent/company who will take complete responsibility for the sale and when the party is found, will contact my PoA for just the signing purpose.
