Ingredients :- 1. Raw Banana 1 2. Onion 1/2 cup 3. Tomato 1 4. Garlic 6 pods 5. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp. 6. Grated coconut 1/4 cup . 7. Sambar powder 1 1/2 tsp . 8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp . 9. Salt, oil. Corriander leaves and curry leaves... Method of preparation :- cut the bananas as round shape... Grind the ingredients garlic, tomato, grated coconut, sambar powder , turmeric powder in to mixie.. make littll coarse paste... Keep kadai in stove. Put oil . Once oil get heated. Put mustard seeds, onion, then saut for few minutes. Then add banana, curry leaves, corriander leaves. Saut for few minutes add the paste. Add salt. Sprinkle some water. Close with lid. Stove should be sim for all process. After 10 mins it gets roasted... Yummy banana fry is ready to serve with sambar rice, variety rices,...
Hi good recipes but please post pics of your end product . It’s hard for me to understand what exactly is going on and how the final product looks like . Generally i am more tempted to try recipes if the pics are visually appealing .
