    Hey All,

Winter is always a lazy weather. All u want to do is fold yourself up like a pillow under a blanket. This also brings a strange feeling of gobbling something hot and spicy. First thing that flashes is Panipuri...Yumm!!! cant stop drooling at the very word.... But in Los Angeles, finding an Indian restaurant requires 30 minutes drive and finding a roadside panipuri stall is ruled out. On one such fine evening i came up with this recipe.

    Ingredients

    raw banana : 1 med
    corn : 1 med
paneer from 1.5 cups of milk
    lemon juice - 1Tbsp
    green chillies 2nos
cilantro - 2 tbsp finely chopped
    coriander pwdr - 1 Tbsp
    Chilli powder - 1.5 Tsp
    Turmeric pwdr - 1 tsp
    spring onion - 2 Nos
    dried mango pwdr - 1Tsp
    Salt
    Oil for shallow frying

    Procedure is very very simple.

    1. Boil banana with skin intact for about 10-15 minutes. Peel off the skin and grate.
    2. Par-boil the corn until it is 70% done. Mash it up roughly.
    3. Finely chop spring onion, cilantro and green chillies. Mix up all the ingredients
    4. Form small patties and shallow fry with couple of Tbsp of oil.

This recipe is more like cutlet. And can be made out of any ingredients that is left out. You can use Carrots, Potatoes, Peas, Paneer, Tofu etc
