You should keep an eye out for Marks and Spencers sales, they have some good stuff, esp if you get in early. Festival city has a huge store and it is fantastic.:rotfl

    Hi sugarnspice
I went there long time back and saw some nice collections in nominal price.
Will surely give a try in the coming holidays.

    Gals,

So Ramadan month is ending in few days. But we will never end our shopping, as it is one of our main entertainment here and also to make our coming week easier we go for our weekly purchases of groceries and other stuff..
I read an article in gulf new that this time the Festival shopping is not as much as expected.
    Coming to the point ...
We went to shop for a friend of ours to purchase for setting up home. (family is coming here shortly)
    Our purchase included:
    Venus Washing machine
    Preethi Chefpro Mixie
    Pigeon Stove(3 burner)
5 litre cooker (included a frying pan as offer)
    Electric Rice cooker
    Elekta Refrigerator
    and the list goes on....

Its happy to shop na, whether its for us or others:? , the excitement in selecting out of the vast brands, give the suggestions out of our experience and be a part of our friends happiest moments.
    Cheers
    Tweety
