Sauté the shreded radish in a nonstick tawa without oil to it add jeera powder,red chilli powder and mix with atta.when sautéd only the smell of radish leaves out. Otherwise it says and children when they open their lunch box strong smell comes.while sauting u can add finely chopped coriander .
Radish chapati you can make without a single drop oil... only you need to have patience to cook them properly as the brown color will come very slowly.
Just now i saw your post about papaya chapati.. i grate semi ripen papaya and mix with the flour with a pinch of salt and nothing else.. you can try adding sugar if you prefer sweet taste. We like salted one .. mix grated papaya and salt and kned the dough, prepare like usual chapati.. it will be soft.. use thin grater.
